These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern the use of the website www.metamuscle.shop (“Site”). By using the Site or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with the Terms, please do not use the Site.
1.1. The Site is operated by MetaMuscle (“we”, “our”) and is intended for the online sale of sports nutrition products.
1.2. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site and place orders. Persons under 18 may use the Site only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
1.3. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect from the moment they are published on the Site. Continued use of the Site means that you accept the updated Terms.
2.1. All products offered on the Site are sourced from official distributors and verified for authenticity.
2.2. Product images are illustrative. Packaging design may be changed by the manufacturer and may differ from the image on the Site — this does not affect the authenticity or quality of the product.
2.3. The most accurate information about the ingredients, usage instructions, and nutritional values of products is shown on the product label. Always read the label before use.
2.4. You may contact us with inquiries about out-of-stock products. Stock availability is not guaranteed.
3.1. The products sold on the Site are dietary supplements and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any disease.
3.2. Dietary supplements are not a substitute for a balanced diet.
3.3. In the following cases, always consult a doctor before using any product:

3.5. Blog posts and product descriptions on the Site are for informational purposes only and are not considered medical advice.
4.1. Orders are placed in the manner indicated on the Site. Order confirmation is sent to you via email.
4.2. All prices are presented in the currency shown on the Site. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice; price changes do not apply to orders already confirmed.
4.3. We have the right to cancel an order placed for a product displayed at an obviously incorrect price due to a technical error and to fully refund the payment.
4.4. We have the right to cancel orders deemed suspicious or fraudulent (including orders that carry a risk of payment fraud).
4.5. The base and settlement currency is the U.S. dollar (USD). In the Azerbaijan region, prices may be shown in manat (AZN) at an indicative exchange rate for convenience; this is informational only and payment is processed in USD. The final amount may differ slightly due to your bank's conversion or fees.
5.1. Promo codes (e.g., FIRST10 for the first order) are valid only within the specified conditions and cannot be combined with other discounts (unless stated otherwise). FIRST10 may be used only once per person, account, payment card, and verified delivery address/household.
5.2. Each promo code may be used only within its stated customer and household limit. Using a different account, email address, or payment card does not reset that limit.
5.3. If misuse is detected after payment, the order may be canceled automatically and the payment returned to the original payment method.
6.1. Payments are processed through the Stripe payment system, protected by 3D Secure technology.
6.2. Your card details are not stored on our servers; payment data is processed directly by Stripe.
6.3. An order is sent for processing only after payment has been successfully confirmed.
7.1. Delivery is free for all orders; no minimum order amount is required.
7.2. Delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on the logistics company, address, and customs procedures.
7.3. Tracking information is provided to you once the order has been shipped.
7.4. Responsibility for orders not delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information rests with the buyer. It is your obligation to verify the accuracy of your address information.
8.1. If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, contact info@metamuscle.shop within 48 hours of receiving the product, together with photo/video evidence. In such cases, the product is replaced free of charge or the payment is fully refunded.
8.2. For reasons of hygiene and safety, opened or used dietary supplements are not returnable (except in cases of a manufacturing defect).
8.3. Unopened products in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of receipt. In this case, return shipping costs are paid by the buyer.
8.4. The refund is returned using the same payment method within 5–10 business days after the product reaches us and is inspected.
9.1. A new user may be linked to a friend's referral code during registration. On the first eligible paid order, the buyer receives a 5% discount and the code owner receives 5% of the order amount as store credit usable only for MetaMuscle purchases. Store credit cannot be withdrawn as cash.
9.2. Creating referral benefits through multiple accounts controlled by the same person, a shared payment card, fake orders, spam, or misleading advertising is prohibited. Store credit and campaign points are automatically reversed when an order is canceled or refunded.
9.3. We reserve the right to change the program terms or discontinue the program at any time.
9.4. Entry to the weekly giveaway is free and no purchase is required. One person may participate with only one account and one Instagram account per week. Points from refunded orders are void.
9.5. Winners are selected by a points-weighted random draw. If a winner does not accept the prize within 3 days, the right may pass in order to up to three backup candidates.
9.6. Entrants in Azerbaijan must provide a U.S. freight-forwarder address for prize delivery. Onward international shipping and customs costs are the entrant's responsibility.
10.1. When creating an account, you undertake to provide correct and up-to-date information.
10.2. You are responsible for the security of your account and password. If you detect unauthorized use of your account, notify us immediately.
10.3. We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms without notice.
11.1. All content on the Site — logo, texts, images, videos, and design — belongs to MetaMuscle or the respective rights holders.
11.2. Copying, distributing, or modifying Site content for commercial purposes without written permission is prohibited. The names and logos of product brands belong to their respective manufacturers.
12.1. When you use the Site or place an order, we collect and store the following data:

12.3. Your personal data is not sold to third parties. Data may be shared only with partners necessary for providing the service (e.g., the payment system and logistics companies) and where required by law.
12.4. Your data is stored only for the necessary period and protected with appropriate security measures.
12.5. If you wish to delete or update data related to your email address, you may contact info@metamuscle.shop.
13.1. The Site is provided “as is”. There is no guarantee that the Site will operate uninterrupted and error-free.
13.2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MetaMuscle is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or products.
13.3. In any case, our total liability is limited to the value of the relevant order.
14.1. These Terms are governed by the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
14.2. Any disputes are resolved primarily through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is heard in the competent courts of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
