14-day returns
- check_circleUnopened products in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of receipt. In this case, return shipping costs are paid by the buyer.

Non-returnable items
- check_circleFor hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used dietary supplements are not returnable (except in cases of a manufacturing defect).

Wrong or damaged item
- check_circleIf you receive a wrong or damaged product, email info@metamuscle.shop within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video evidence. In such cases the product is replaced free of charge or fully refunded.

- check_circleIf tracking shows no movement for 7 days after it is issued, we refund you in full — no questions asked.
- check_circleIf a parcel is lost in transit we cover it: we reship or refund in full.
