When does my bonus arrive?
When the order is completed. The bonus is calculated as soon as payment clears but stays pending until the order is delivered and completed. After that it moves into your balance and you can spend it on any order.
Can I take it as cash?
Yes. Send a withdrawal request from the dashboard: from $10, a 10% fee applies (minimum $3) and the rest is sent via Paysend. We then contact you on WhatsApp using the number from your application. The amount leaves your balance once the payout is sent, and while the request is open you cannot spend that amount at checkout.
Do I hand over card details?
No. The request only carries an amount — no card number and no extra phone number. Payout details are agreed on WhatsApp.
Does my code stack with other discounts?
Yes, it combines with campaign codes. The only exception is the first-order promotion (FIRST10). One partner code per order.
Can I use my own code?
Yes, you get the discount too. But your own orders earn no commission — the bonus only comes from orders placed by other people.
What if an order is cancelled?
That order's bonus is reversed automatically by the system.
How many followers do I need?
Active follower count is not the requirement. What matters to us is reach and quality — how your content looks and how it lands with your audience.
